Hey guys,
So today I decided to share a 'What's in my schoolbag?' as I thought some of you may be interested. I have the normal school bag that we are required to have. It is made up of three pockets, two large and one small.
In the first pocket, the main compartment, I have:
A maths satchel, that contains all my maths things, such as, my calculator, 3 ruled books which I do my maths work in, a graph pad, and all the required sheets. I'm lucky as we don't use hardcover textbooks, we use our MacBook Air's.
I also have a few exercise books from different subjects, these include: Science, Italian and History.
My MacBook cover/case!
In the next compartment, I have:
My lunch box
My pencil case. ( http://www.hm.com/us/product/37421?article=37421-B#article=37421-C this is the link to my pencil case, copy and paste into a url bar to see it!!)
My small school planner. ( I bought this as we are meant to use an electronic one but I much prefer a hard copy)
A reading book.
In the smallest compartment, I have:
A mini hairbrush.
Deodorant.
Hairties and bobbie pins.
A small roll on perfume.
And a few other little bits and pieces.
I also have a water bottle in the side pocket so I can stay hydrated throughout the day!
I hope you enjoyed this really quick run down of what is in my school bag! This is just the current situation, and it changes all the time!!

School is a Mess
Hey Guys,
thought I would give you all a little update on what has been going on in my life recently. I have been quite busy with School, Friends, Family and my own personal thing.
So here is my little update!!
> School is going well an I have been receiving fairly good marks o each of my subjects. They could improve but I am passing! I am really struggling with maths, unfortunately...
> My friends are great, each and every one of them! My boyfriend is a gem and treats me with so much respect which I truly appreciate. I spend my lunch times with a large group of friends who make me very happy.
> I've spent a lot of my time writing at the moment. I feel like through my writing I am really able to express myself, which is fantastic!
> I do an extension class for literature which I really enjoy. we are studying 'The Book Thief' at the moment. I suggest the movie and the book to anyone who enjoys reading about wars and things alike!
> Home has been okay at the moment, with a tad bit of drama occasionally, but that is expected in any household I guess.
> I have been trying to re-create myself as a person to be a more organized person. It has been quite a struggle but I'm getting there!
I would just like to say, thank you to anyone who reads this, because I love sharing my life with people and those who support me, make me feel so happy!!
Best of luck,
Kendra xox

Adventuring With My Friends
Hey Guys,
Recently I've found myself going on more and more adventures. I live near a place where you can find yourself practically on the edge of a cliff. I'm not going to say what it is called due to my own privacy reasons. I live in Australia, no not in the "outback' but in a beautiful area none the less. I just wanted to share some pictures with you that I took! Enjoy!
These photos don't even capture the beauty of this place. It is a beautiful walk/hike up to the rock and then it has the most breathtaking view! If you are like me and would much rather be inside, I recommend going on a nice walk and getting fresh air. It is so so worth it!
I'm with my best friend (pink t-shirt) who also has a blog on here called 'Lotte's Blog" I'm sure she would appreciate you checking it out!!

My Mini Night Routine (Study Edition)
Hello Everyone,
So, it turns out, school is crazy again! I went back on the first of February, so I have only been there four days. I have already had a lot of homework that has been keeping me busy. I am trying to juggle my responsibilities at home, homework, time with my friends and my homework. It has left me very frazzled and looking forward to the weekend.
My Mini Study Routine
I have had about 2-3 hours of homework every night. I arrive home from school at around 4:15pm.
I walk into the kitchen and grab a snack.
I usually get changed and go outside for a walk or to jump on my trampoline a little bit.
Once I have done this, it is usually 4:45pm (around, not precisely). I head back inside and go to my room.
I then sit down at my white desk, and start on homework. i have had maths every night, so that is my first priority. Depending on the homework, it can take from 30 minutes, to 2 hours.
After I have finished my maths I will go on with any other homework I may have that night. I have a assignment coming up for Religious Education, so that has been the other lot of homework.
Once I have completed my homework for a few hours, dinner is ready. I eat dinner with my family and then head back to my room to finish it.
After my homework is done, I do the dishes, jump in the shower and go to bed.
I hope you enjoyed my mini night routine. Sorry I haven't updated in so long, i have been awfully busy xx

ten little facts
Hello Everyone,
Today I thought I would share ten facts about myself. I really hope you enjoy!
1. I absolutely LOVE reading. I think it is incredible that there are so many different ways of writing. I feel like, if I had to choose between social media and books, I would definitely go for the books!
2. Hermione Granger (from Harry Potter) is my role model for a lot of things. I try really hard to replicate the way she learns and her behaviour.
3. I have blonde hair that is cut fairly short. in fact, I cut it myself!
4. I have sea blue eyes that occasionally look green!
5. I believe that honesty is one of the most desirable traits in a person.
6. I love photography. capturing moments in time is an incredible thing. I own a Nikon D50 camera.
7. I am currently reading the Alchemyst by Michael Scott. It is awfully interesting.
8. I really enjoy watching YouTube. Especially Zoella and Ruby Granger!
9. I love the Downton Abbey series! I've started watching the first, second and third episodes!
10. This year I am doing Psychology, Creative Writing and Italian for my electives!
I hope you enjoyed leaning a little bit more about me! I personally love reading these kind of blog posts, so I hope you enjoy this to!
Best of luck,
Kendra xx

The Ultimate Harry Potter Tag
Hello every one!
I hope you are all well! I wanted to do something simple this week. I really really really love Haryy Potter. So her are the questions I answered!
1) Favourite book?
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban! This is my favourite as I love the way Hermione's Character is portrayed in this book!
2) Least favourite book?
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I'm not sure why, but I didn't particularly like it that much.
3) Favourite movie?
Again, probably Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban or Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1.
4) Least favourite movie?
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
5) Favourite quote?
"The world isn't split into good people and Death Eaters, we've all got light and dark inside of us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are." Sirius Black.
6) Favourite Weasley?
Fred and George of course!
7) Favourite female character?
Miss Hermione Granger of course. She is my role model and I just love her character so much!!
8) Favourite villain.
Bellatrix Lestrange was my favourite villain, even though I don't really like any of them. I feel as though Bellatrix was a completely unique character.
9) Favourite male character?
Sirius Black. I just love his attitude, he is so opinionated anstrong willed!
10) Favourite professor?
Professor McGonnagal I believe. She has so much sass and is such a good character.
11) Would you rather A) wash Snape’s hair or B) spend a day listening to Lockhart rant about himself?
Spend a day listening to Lockhart rant about himself. I think Snape would be awfully unhappy if you were to even touch his hair.
12) Would you rather duel A) an elated Bellatrix or B) and angry Molly?
An angry Molly. I think Molly would be so much better because you could reason with her rather than having Bellatrix murder you on the spot.
13) Would you rather travel to Hogwarts via A) Hogwarts Express or B) Flying Car?
Hogwarts Express. FOR SURE. Just imagine the atmosphere it would be incredible.
14) Would you rather A) Kiss Voldemort or B) give Umbridge a bubble bath?
Oh my goodness! NIETHER! If I had to chose, I woud say give u bridge a bubble bath. EWWW
15) Would you rather A) ride a Hippogriff or B) ride a Firebolt?
A Hippogriff! That would be so much fun!
16) Is there a character you felt differently about in the movies?
Ginny. Her character was so different in the book to the movies.
17) Is there a movie you preferred to the book?
No there isn’t.
18) Richard Harris or Michael Gambon as Dumbledore?
I think they were both so brilliant at what they did!
19) Your top thing (person or event) that wasn’t in the movie that you wanted there the most?
S.P.E.W wasn't included. I so wish it was! this was one of my favourite things in the books but it wasn't included!
20) If you could remake any of the Harry Potter movies which would it be?
I don't think I'd want to. I adore all of them!
21) Which house was your first gut feeling you’d be a part of?I have always thought Gryffindor, but I think that was most childrens first feeling, but now I think it is between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor.
22) Which house were you actually sorted into on Pottermore?Gryffindor.
23) Which class would be your favourite?
I’m really interested in Ancient runes. I think that would be incredible!
24) Which spell do you think would be most useful to learn?
I don't really know. But I think Accio would be really good!
25) Which character do you think you’d instantly become friends with?
Hermione. For sure! I love Hermione and I think we would get along really well. Or maybe Luna!
26) If you could own one of the three Hallows, which would it be?
The Invisibility Cloak. Not for bad reasons obviously. But I think it would be so cool!
27) Is there any aspect of the books you’d want to change?
Nope! Absolutley none.
28) Favourite Marauder?
I cannot choose! I like them all for different reasons!
29) If you could bring one character back to life, which would it be?
Fred. I cannot imagine George without him. They were such a perfect set. One without the other is just wrong.
30) Hallows or Horcruxes?
Hallows!! That would be incredible.
I hope you enjoyed my answers to the Ultimate Harry Potter tag! I might delete this as I don't really like it, but I had to get something up! Enjoy!
best of luck,

Smoothie Collab with Lotte
Hello everyone,
welcome back! today i'm going to share with you my simple smoothie recipe. this is a so called 'collab' with my good friend Lotte, www.lotteeblog.blogspot.com.au and we had this scrumptious smoothie for breakfast today. I will insert the ingredients and method underneath!it will vary depending on how you like your smoothie. the ingredients I share will be for a single serve, and I find that it is plenty! all the pictures below are the steps in which you should take to get the best results.
1. a handful of berries. I used raspberries and blackberries.
2. one small banana. this helps thicken it up and makes it taste really lovely!
3. natural yoghurt or greek yoghurt. you could any type of yoghurt. I use 1-2 large spoonfuls.
4. also, about half acup to a cup of milk. depending on the consistency of your smoothie. I used lite milk, but you could use full cream milk or almond/soy milk!
lets get started!
so the first step is to put all your ingredients into your blender that you would like to use. I use a nutri-bullet which was a present to my mum for Christmas. you can use any type of blender. it may seem like it is not enough to fill you up if you make it in a large blender. I promise that it is filling. you want to make sure the lid is on it and that you blend it properly. it should be fairly runny. if you cant use a straw, next time, maybe add a little more milk!
I hope you enjoyed the recipe because I had a lot of fun taking the photos with Lotte. there was definitely the bonus of having it to drink afterwards. especially as it was nice and refreshing. it was 40 degrees Celsius in my town!!
feel free to leave any questions or comments in the comments below, or you can email me on my blog email. ( kendraspencer101@gmail.com)

school, dudes, chicks, and annoying little brats.
Hello Everyone,
so guess what? schools back. way to soon! and you know what? I'm stressed. maybe I stress too much, maybe I don't. it means that I have to go back to a place where girls are judgemental, boys are players, and teachers are rude. I must admit, I quite like learning and the overall image of learning, but I just dread the place. one of my goals for 2016 was to do well in school and enjoy it. I'm starting to think that that won't happen. the girls at my school are so judgemental and cliché. the boys are players and attempt to hit on you even when you walk past. say, you go home, open up your snapchat and start talking to this mysterious boy that you think is kinda cute. next thing you know, he is being lovely, complementing on your body shape, your 'womanly curves'. so you begin to think that you may have a chance with this little cutie. but you know what... this wish is almost never granted, when you are at school, he wont say a word to you, but once or twice you'll catch him looking at your bum. im sorry to break it to you, hon, but it is the cold, hard truth. It is oh so disappointing when you realise your crush is nothing but a boy with a bad boy attitude. this sucks. I know, girl. (or boy hehe). sorry, I got a tad bit sidetracked. but anyway, I dread school, high school. so I am going to attempt to give you some tips on life at school.
1. Make friends. Yes, I know, this means talking to people. Scary, right? Pick a few people you think look nice. BEWARE some girls may be very rude about letting you into their group. If you are lucky enough to have a friend in your class, remember to still try and expand your friendship groups. I totally believe in the saying 'fewer and closer friends provide better company, than a large group of not-so-friendly 'friends''. (not going to lie, I kind of made that saying up). but, I think it is lovely to have a good group of friends that you can go to!
2. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! this is the most horrendous set of words to ever be said! I don't particularly enjoy homework, heck, I don't think many people do! but if you are able to do the homework the night you get it, not the night before, it will help greatly with organisation.
3. Have a planner. I bought myself one for about twelve dollars from Target I believe. it has a weekly spread which is handy so you have a way to see what is planned for the rest of the week. I find it super handy to take this with me to list any homework, assignments and important dates! I have mine in almost every single class.
4. Read your textbooks ahead of time. This seems absolutely pointless, annoying and totally time consuming! But I promise that it will help! You will go into school already knowing majority of the answers. Sure, you may feel like a nerd, but it will truly help!
5. Watch out for the bad boys. Try not to get to attached to these hunky men! I find trying to avoid them over social media helps heaps! they will be oh so kind to you, just trying to get things that are NOT going to happen. if you find yourself head over heels with this guy, try talking to him. suss him out and see if the act he puts on is truly who he is. he may do this to fit in to his group of friends! best of luck with these type of people :)
I hope you enjoyed these few little tips! I know they are a little bit crazy, a little difficult to follow, but I believe that if you follow these five little rules, it will help you a lot with highschool this year! I apoligise for the bad punctuation - as in no capitals. I am on my laptop and I am to lazy to edit all the capitals in! I think I might add a bonus blog post on Saturday or Sunday, so watch out for it!!
best of luck,
Kendra xx

my current reads
Hello again Everybody,
I hope you are all well! So today I am going to share the books that I am currently reading and a little bit about them. I am also going to include some of the books I read in 2015!
First of all, my current reads! I must admit, I love reading fanfiction, and other books on my ipad. The feel of a book is so unique though, so that will always be my favourite! okay, here goes:
1. THE INVENTORS SECRET by ANDREA CREMER. I am about 165 pages in to it so far and I am loving it. I have had to put it down because I'm starting to slightly obsessing over it. It is based on a girl called Charlotte who is hiding in the Catacombs for as long as she can remember. Her brother her and many others are hiding from the British Empire. whilst her parents are fighting to bring back life the way it used to, Charlotte and her brother Ashley "ash" go on their own adventures. A large secret unfolds which changes the way the brother and sister think of each other!
2. QUIDDITCH THROUGH THE AGES by KENNILWORTHY WHISP (actually JK ROWLING). This book originates from the Harry Potter series. This book was one of the books that Harry had at his school of witchcraft and wizardry. it explains the sport of quidditch which is played on flying broom sticks. it explains all the fictional teams that are included the sport. it is difficult to explain, but I am thoroughly enjoying it! I am 69 pages into it!
I'm just going to list some of the many books I read last year!
1. THE INTERN by GABRIELLE TOZER
2. FAKING IT by GABRIELLE TOZER
3. DEADLY, UNNA? by PHILLIP GWYNNE
4. HOLES by LOUIS SACHAR
5. ALL OF THE HARRY POTTER BOOKS

6. MATILDA by ROALD DAHL
7. CITYOF BONES by CASSANDRA CLARE
8. RUBY REFORT PICK YOUR POISON by LAUREN CHILD
9. THE BOOK OF LIES by JAMES MOLONEY
10. ELEANOR AND PARK by RAINBOW ROWELL
11. FANGIRL by RAINBOW ROWELL
12. CAMEL RIDER by PRUE MASON

My First Blog Post
Hello everybody,
This is my first blog post on this particular blog. I had an original blog, but I wasn't very dedicated to it, and I struggled to think of blog posts to write :(
With this blog, I am going to try really hard to post regularly on this blog. I think I will include things like my favourites books, how I study, a little bit about myself and few other things. Feel free to leave suggestions!
I'm going to keep my personal details private just for safety reasons. I feel as though this should be a place to use as a little escape, so I can share this with people who may understand what is like being a teenage girl who spends to much time stressing and overusing the internet. I don't really want people from my school reading this as it is a place to rant and just write what I feel comfortable expressing. I'm going to state my name and then slowly you will most likely learn a little more about. My name is Kendra and I'm from Australia. my best friend also has a blog as we are both very interested in reading, writing and all things of the sort. I will try to enter a little link to her blog so you can visit hers and read here incredible writing. Here it is! www.lotteeblog.blogspot.com.au
